I work directly with founders and investors.  I’m usually one of the first people brought in to think seriously about commercialization.

We’ll start with a 30-minute call to understand what you’re building, where you are, and what kind of engagement makes sense.

From there, the work is scoped tightly. My work is to understand your goals and vision, and in return, you get the model, motion, and messaging right so you don’t waste time or capital going down the wrong path.

That might mean reworking GTM. Fixing the buyer story. Pressure-testing the capital plan.  Or calling out bloat that’s blocking revenue and margin.

You bring me on to make the right decision early, and ensure the hands hired after me run at maximum velocity.

Most initial engagements start at $7,500-$12,000, scoped to a clear outcome.  More comprehensive engagements start at $15,000-$25,000/month, depending on the level of involvement required.

For one-off projects, we’ll scope the work together and agree on a flat fee.

I also offer $500 working sessions for early-stage teams who want to pressure-test a decision or direction.
